The PEAK was something totally different when it was first designed. It delivered huge power per square metre allowing you to use a much smaller kite. Now in its 6th iteration this has been refined into a very smooth, predictable kite with great handling. The PEAK was originally conceived as an ultra lightweight snowkite, perfect for touring and backcountry missions. Weighing only 33g/m², it remains light enough for long treks yet durable enough to endure abrasion from snow, ice, and rocks. The DLX+ fabric on the leading edge adds extra protection where it’s needed most.
B-Safe system for self-landing

Wind Range
The wind range chart is to be used as a point of reference. It is based on a rider who weighs around 75kg (165lbs.) Actual use will vary depending on your weight, skill level, board size/type (twintip or hydrofoil) and wind conditions on water or land. When choosing a kite size, always use common sense and repeatedly choose a smaller size if you are not sure, especially when using the kite on land.
