Foiling involves a lot of gear — and keeping it in good shape, and yourself in one piece, requires a bit more than the foil itself. This collection covers the accessories we actually use and recommend: bags to protect your kit in transit, straps and leashes to keep your board where it should be, and harnesses to take the load off your arms on longer sessions.
Foil Bags
Foil components are expensive and fragile in the right places — carbon masts crack, wings get dinged, and boards get scratched. A decent foil bag is proper insurance. We stock AXIS Quiver Bags for carrying the foil itself, AXIS and SIC board bags sized for foil boards specifically (shorter, narrower, and with clearance for the foil box), and the SIC Raptor Foil Bag Lite for those who want something more packable. Board Straps
Foot straps open up a huge range of riding — you need them for jumping on a kite foil, they help with downwind and SUP foiling, and many wing foilers use them once they're confident enough to commit. Leashes
A foil leash is non-negotiable — it not only stops you from losing your gear, but its also important for your safety when out at sea where your board is your main source of floatation. It also protects other water users from being hit by your rogue board. Waist leashes, calf leashes and ankle leashes all have their place depending on personal preference and the foil discipline. We stock them all.
Wing Harnesses
Using a harness for winging isn't essential when you're learning, but once you're out for longer sessions or riding in stronger wind, your arms will thank you for it. A harness lets you sheet the wing in without bearing the full load through your hands and forearms.
