All snowboards here are from Never Summer — one of the few genuinely independent snowboard manufacturers still building boards by hand in their own factory in Denver, Colorado. Every board comes with a three-year warranty, which reflects how seriously they stand behind what they make.
Never Summer's range spans the full spectrum of riding styles. Their hybrid camber/rocker profiles — developed and refined over decades of in-house testing — give their boards a character that's hard to match at the price. The Proto is their most widely ridden model, a versatile true twin that works equally well in the park, on groomers, and in variable conditions. The Shaper Series takes a more surf-influenced approach, with shapes and profiles designed to translate the feeling of surfing into snowboarding — particularly good on powder, slush, and anything off-piste. At the more aggressive end, freeride-focused models like the Proto FR and Valhalla are built for riders pushing harder terrain at speed.
Kids' boards are also available, including the Mini Proto — a direct scaled-down version of the men's and women's model rather than a dumbed-down beginner shape.
