Collection: SUP - Touring Boards

Touring is a hugely popular and growing discipline. It is something that SUP is very good for. You have a great viewpoint from the sea back onto land, and it gives you access to spots which are otherwise hard to get to. Likewise inland river ways and canals, or lakes can provide breath taking scenery and plenty of adventure.

Touring is a discipline where inflatable boards often make more sense than composite boards as access to water, travel on public transport, or portaging can come into play. Composite models will offer better performance on the water though.

A touring SUP is often based on a race shape, but modified to improve stability at the expense of performance. Key things to consider involve the types of location you will be paddling, the amount of gear you are looking to carry and other requirements specific to your trip.
