Infinity Cluster Surfboard
The "InfinFLEX" version is an EPS core which is vacuum bagged with a Carbon Fiber and PVC "hybrid" construction offering a very light, durable and custom tuned flex pattern.
The CLUSTER name comes for the way the fins are clustered at the tail. The biggest fins are the 5.5" outside fins and the smallest fin is the 4" center fin. This is the opposite of the average longboard, but the concept has proven a favorite for thousands of surfers for fast, powerful turns.
The bigger "twin" outside fins create the drive and projection when you turn and the small center fin is just a stabilizer that removes that squirrelly feel that twin fins have. The Cluster model excels in carving and turning.
The boards come with Future side boxes and a 10" center box so if you wanted to experiment with single fin riding or a more traditional 2+1 set up you definitely can.
We make it with a little more kick in the nose for easy drop-ins and more aggressive surfing, however, it is also a favorite for beginners because it is easier to turn and easier to ride.
Infinity have been building surfboards since the 1970s. They are a family run business out of Dana Point, California. One thing that has always set them apart has been their willingness to build all kinds of watercraft and not being limited to just surfboards. Whether that meant tandem boards or wave skis in the early days, or today SUPs and Foil boards. Their designs have always been about pushing limits and they have always loved making boards fast.
