The Flux has always sat at an interesting position in the market - pushing high performance freeride. It jumps great, it can flag out for some waveriding, but really it excels at speed and being thrown in tacks and gybes. This new version pushes the limits of single skin performance and comes with Ozone's new boom.

It's All Possible With a Hard-Wearing Dacron Airframe
The Flux V3 breaks all previous assumptions about the performance limitations of a pure Dacron airframe. We kept the Flux V2 planform and redesigned the centre profiles to allow for much more consistent front hand lift — giving you solid, reassuring hand pressure while riding at speed and through all manoeuvres, preventing front stalling during tacks and gybes.
With this increased stability, we then reduced the profile thickness dramatically, especially towards the tips, allowing the Flux V3 to offer a whole new level of freeride freedom. A broader range with more drive at the bottom end makes pumping easier in light air, while the refined leading edge geometry maintains comfort when the wind picks up.
Best Paired With Faster Foil Designs
The Flux V3 naturally flies fast and really comes alive when you take advantage of the high apparent wind effect — only achieved through speed. It holds on for longer when the wind picks up, meaning you can use one size across a huge wind range. If you're riding a 1000cm² front wing or lower, designed for speed and efficiency, you're ideally set up to experience real Flux performance.
Hybrid Canopy Construction
- Teijin 5x5 Ripstop: Used across the majority of the canopy to provide incredible strength and minimise diagonal stretch.
- Teijin 3x3 Ripstop: Placed specifically on the front panels to fine-tune flex and load distribution where the wing experiences the most pressure.
- Long-Term Performance: This combination ensures the sail stays tight and the profile remains true to the design, even after heavy use.
