The CNC‑milled Paulownia wood core combines low weight with high load capacity. The innovative three‑piece design uses a replaceable PU connection element in an S‑shape, distributing forces evenly across both board halves. Two through‑going locking pins secure the connection. The toolless assembly allows for quick setup, disassembly, and travel while ensuring consistently reliable performance.
